Return & Exchange

 

Every customer has the right to return his/her order using our FREE RETURN collection service within Kuwait.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Salmadeel will be happy to accept a return on items that are NEW, UNUSED, UNWORN and with all Salmadeel attached tags. Returns that are damaged, soiled or used may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Return items are accepted within 3 days ( Kuwait ) of receiving your items, 7 days (international) of receiving your items.

 

Return Procedure

 

-Email us at salmadeel.kw@gmail.com within 3 days (Kuwait), 7 days (international) to notify us of the return.
-For Kuwait returns we will arrange a suitable time to pick up the item(s) you wish to return, please note pick up of returned item(s) is free of charge within Kuwait.
-For International returns we will send you an address to ship your item(s). Please note shipping return item(s) is NOT FREE for International orders.
-You can view completed and approved returns and refund at the bottom of an order’s page in your account, if the refund does not appear in your account within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your returned item, please contact us immediately.
-Please note K-net or credit cards refunds may take up to 30 business days or less for your Bank to be completed, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

 

Canceling your order

 

Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a limited time before your order is fully processed, that you will be able to cancel your order.
1. Sign into your account.
2. Select the order that you would like to cancel.
3. If the cancel option is available, then you can cancel your order or else the order cannot be cancelled, yet you may return.
